I’ve traveled up and down the State of California and listened to voters and their concerns. Sometimes we call them “issues”, but they are fundamental obligations that government in California seems to be struggling to do well.
I want to know what’s important to you because as your public servant and representative it’s my job and moral obligation to do my best to have government working for you and your local communities.
Californians are being priced out of their own state by record high housing, energy, and food costs. We pay some of the highest gas and income taxes in the nation. As your Assemblyman, I will fight to cut taxes and defend the taxpayer protections of Prop 13.
Let’s work together to lower the cost of living, protect your hard-earned money, and make California a place where families can thrive.
With crime rates on the rise, Californians no longer feel safe in their communities. Radical policies from Sacramento have allowed criminals free reign in our communities. It’s time to prioritize lowering crime and protecting our communities.
I am committed to:
Together, we can make our communities safer and restore peace of mind for every family.
The safety and security of our nation’s borders are vital for every Californian. I am committed to strong, decisive action to restore order and protect our communities.
This means strictly enforcing existing regulations, investing in advanced infrastructure and technology, and providing law enforcement with the resources they need to stop illegal immigration, drug trafficking, cartel activity, and human smuggling.
Every community benefits from knowing who is invited into our Country and neighborhoods.
Together, we can build a safer, stronger California for all.
Government and the public education system are stewards for defending and preserving the rights of parents over how their children are raised. We have systems in place to protect children for a reason, and the priorities of the family always come first.
I am committed to:
If government is truly a service organization, then the only common sense outcome is our own government putting parents and families first.
Our current tax system is broken. It burdens families, small businesses, and our local economy. Too much of our local tax revenue is sent to Sacramento, and too little comes back in return.
I’m committed to:
Let’s build a fairer and simpler tax system that puts Californian’s pocketbooks first.
Our current State and local governments aren’t providing the return on investment from our billions of tax dollars each year. It moves slowly, spends too much, and Californians must fight for transparency and accountability. Government should always be forthcoming with how it spends our money.
I am committed to ensuring Government:
I want to build a more transparent system with you that keeps power in the people’s hands.
Homelessness has reached crisis levels in California, despite billions spent each year and the problem only seems to get worse. It’s time for real change with real results.
I am committed to empowering local governments and well-managed organizations including faith based to expand shelter capacity, while demanding greater accountability and transparency in state-level homelessness programs.
Government should always be there for a “hand-up” and do everything in its power to avoid creating a system of unaccountable “hand-outs”. Benefits should go to the people who need it most to ensure it’s preserved, funded, and accessible.
Together, we can ensure our resources truly help those in need and restore hope to our communities.
As a small business owner, I know firsthand how overregulation hurts business owners, employees, and customers.
I am committed to:
Let’s empower our entrepreneurs, promote innovation, create jobs, and build a stronger local economy together that ensures Californian’s future success.
Southern California’s wildfires are growing more destructive each year, and it’s clear that the current approach isn’t working. These fires are not just a natural disaster—they are preventable. That’s why I am committed to leading the charge for real change.
A Government that doesn’t fulfill the basic duty of safe communities is a government that is failing.
